Our goal is to make every tenant feel like our only tenant! We will help navigate you through the leasing process, be here for you while you are renting, and always help you take the next step to owning a home. The following information has some quick tips that will help you throughout your tenancy:

Rent is due on the first of the month. Make checks payable to Desert North Realty. Rent must be paid by personal check, certified funds (money order or cashiers check), direct withdrawal, or online through your secured personal portal. We do not accept cash.

If a maintenance issues comes up either fill out the Maintenance Request or call us to schedule an appointment. We will get someone out to the residence as soon as possible. If the issue is an emergency (fire, flood, or dangerous condition) that can not wait until the next business day or is after business hours, call the emergency line immediately and leave your name, address, phone number, and what the type of the emergency.

When your lease is coming to a end, make sure that you give proper notice per your lease. Clean the property thoroughly, replace or fix any missing or broken items, and then call us to schedule your move-out. Although you are not required to be present at the move-out inspection, we always recommend that you are. Finally, turn your keys in and leave us with a forwarding address so we can return your security deposit. Check the Move Out Procedure page of our website for complete details.
